When it comes to flavour, they've got plenty!
An Argentinian approach to dishes made this incredible venue a firm favourite with all meat lovers in the northern suburbs. The owner a culinary epicurean in South African hospitality industry, was a genius at developing unique restaurant concepts. Paired with an incredibly talented head chef, it was a dream team we were chomping at the bit to work with.
Crave worked with him to help develop delish drinks and beautiful content for his restaurant empire of five venues.
Shooting for La Brase gave us the opportunity to showcase serious meat dishes. Every food photographers' dream.
