Botanicum Constantia is a staple in the Constantia valley for many years. And in the process we have developed a trust and one of the craziest and creative synergies that I am immensely proud of. They never cease to amaze me with their ever changing special edition wines (you never know what you are going to get) as well as the onwer's own wines he bottles. He wasn't the famous Gordon Ramsey's sommelier for nothing. Their delectable dishes are never afraid to push the barriers of flavour and be it that you visited them during Restaurant week or after your Saturday morning cycle, its always a pleasure to visit.
